Heads Up Enterprises E Books

E Books Selling Platform for Heads up Enterprises Clients

HeadsUp Financials Digital Products / E-Commerce 4 Weeks
Project Overview

As part of the HeadsUp Financials platform, we built a dedicated e-book and package sales module so the organization could sell educational credit-repair resources and service packages directly from its own website, without relying on a separate storefront tool.

Public sales content is managed entirely by dedicated Site Managers, who can list and update e-books and packages without being granted access to client records, credit reports or any other CRM data.

The Challenge

What We Were Up Against

Controlled Content Access

Non-technical Site Managers needed to publish and manage e-book and package listings without being given full Admin access to client and credit-repair data.

No Existing Sales Mechanism

There was no way to list, price and sell digital products like e-books directly through the platform - this had to be built from scratch.

Separating Public Content From Client Data

Public storefront content had to live safely alongside sensitive credit-repair records without crossing any security boundaries.

The Solution

How We Solved It

Dedicated Site Manager Role

Built a scoped role that can manage the public portfolio, packages and e-book catalog without touching client or report data.

E-Book & Package Storefront

Added listing, pricing and sales functionality for e-books and packages directly on the public website.

Isolated Content Permissions

Site Manager access is granted by Admin but kept structurally separate from the CRM and credit-repair modules.
