Cross-platform Flutter app for government teams to manage public infrastructure, procurement, contracts, and field reporting from Android and iOS.
We built AGIR — a cross-platform Flutter mobile app for government teams to manage public infrastructure and procurement from the field.
The result is a bilingual (EN/FR) mobile platform covering assets, needs, RFQs, contracts, daily reports, news, and org directory on Android and iOS.
Asset inspection, damage reporting, RFQs, and contract tracking were handled across phone calls, paper forms, and disconnected systems.
Agents, contractors, managers, and public users each needed different screens and permissions without maintaining separate apps.
Teams work on phones in the field and on tablets in offices — the UI had to adapt across portrait, landscape, and large tablet screens.
Built a single Flutter codebase for Android and iOS with role-based navigation, secure auth (email + Google Sign-In), and offline-friendly patterns.
Interactive maps with layer tabs for needs, public assets, and contracts — with responsive sizing for 11-inch tablets and phones.
Adaptive bottom navigation (portrait) and side rail (landscape tablet) with collapsible footer and overlay home splash experience.
Role mapping, screen inventory, bilingual copy (EN/FR), and navigation architecture across 8+ modules.
Home, maps, assets, needs, contracts, news, events/agenda, directory, chat, and profile modules.
Responsive breakpoints, hero layouts, footer navigation, Android/iOS build hardening, and store-ready release prep.
"AGIR gives our field teams one place to report damage, track contracts, and stay aligned with headquarters — on phone or tablet."
